By accessing and using BistroConnect ("the Platform"), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. BistroConnect provides a platform connecting restaurant owners and businesses ("Customers") with professional culinary consultants ("Consultants") for restaurant consulting services.

2. Services Provided

BistroConnect facilitates:

• Instant project quotations for restaurant consulting services
• Connection between customers and verified culinary consultants
• Project management and milestone tracking
• Delivery of consulting deliverables including recipes, SOPs, training materials, and operational processes
• Payment processing for consulting services

3. User Accounts

3.1 Registration: Users must provide accurate information during registration. Three user roles exist:

• Customers: Restaurant owners seeking consulting services
• Consultants: Professional culinary consultants offering services
• Admins: BistroConnect team members managing operations

3.2 Account Security: Users are responsible for maintaining account confidentiality and all activities under their account.

4. Consultant Services

4.1 Consultant Obligations:

• Provide accurate professional qualifications and experience
• Deliver services professionally and within agreed timelines
• Submit deliverables for admin approval before customer access
• Maintain confidentiality of customer information

4.2 Approval Process: All consultant deliverables require admin approval before being visible to customers.

5. Payment Terms

5.1 Pricing: Consulting fees are calculated based on project scope, including a 12% consulting service fee.

5.2 Payment Processing: Payments are processed securely through Cashfree Payment Gateway.

5.3 Invoicing: Customers receive invoices for all transactions.

6. Intellectual Property

6.1 Platform Content: All BistroConnect branding, logos, and platform features are proprietary.

6.2 Deliverables: Consulting deliverables (recipes, SOPs, training materials) become the property of the customer upon payment completion.

6.3 Consultant Work: Consultants retain rights to their methodologies but grant customers exclusive usage rights for delivered content.

7. Liability and Disclaimers

7.1 Platform Role: BistroConnect acts as a facilitator and is not liable for consultant service quality.

7.2 Consultant Services: Consultants are independent contractors, not BistroConnect employees.

7.3 No Guarantees: We do not guarantee specific business outcomes from consulting services.

8. Termination

BistroConnect reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or misuse the platform.

9. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
