Note: BistroConnect is a digital consulting services platform. All our services are delivered electronically. This policy outlines how our consulting services and deliverables are provided.
1. Service Delivery Overview
BistroConnect provides restaurant consulting services including but not limited to:
- Recipe development and documentation
- Menu engineering and pricing strategies
- Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
- Staff training materials and programs
- Operational process documentation
- Kitchen layout and design consultation
- Business strategy and growth consultation
2. Delivery Timeline
2.1 Standard Timelines:
- Instant Quotation: Generated immediately upon form submission
- Consultant Assignment: Within 2-5 business days of payment confirmation
- Project Kickoff: Within 7 business days of consultant assignment
- Deliverables: As per project timeline (typically 4-12 weeks depending on scope)
2.2 Project-Specific Timelines:
Detailed timelines for individual projects are established during the kickoff phase and documented in the project plan. These timelines consider project complexity, customer requirements, and consultant availability.
3. Delivery Methods
All deliverables are provided through digital channels:
- Platform Dashboard: Primary delivery method through your BistroConnect account
- Email: Notification of deliverable availability and important updates
- WhatsApp: Real-time updates and milestone notifications
- Video Calls: Training sessions and consultations via scheduled virtual meetings
4. Deliverable Formats
Consulting deliverables are provided in industry-standard formats:
- Documents: PDF, Word (.docx), or Google Docs format
- Spreadsheets: Excel (.xlsx) or Google Sheets format
- Presentations: PowerPoint (.pptx) or Google Slides format
- Images/Diagrams: PNG, JPEG, or PDF format
- Training Videos: MP4 format or streaming links
5. Approval Process
5.1 Quality Review:
All consultant deliverables undergo internal quality review by our admin team before being released to customers. This ensures consistency and quality standards are maintained.
5.2 Customer Review:
Upon delivery, customers have 7 business days to review deliverables and request modifications if they don't meet agreed specifications.
6. Delays and Extensions
6.1 Consultant Delays:
If a consultant cannot meet agreed deadlines, we will notify you immediately and either extend the timeline or assign an additional resource to meet deadlines.
6.2 Customer-Caused Delays:
If project delays occur due to customer-side issues (delayed information, unavailability for meetings, delayed feedback), timelines will be adjusted accordingly without penalty to the consultant.
7. Service Locations
BistroConnect primarily serves customers across India. Our digital delivery model allows us to serve customers in:
- All states and union territories of India
- International locations (subject to consultant availability)
For on-site consulting services, consultant travel charges may apply based on location.
8. Communication During Delivery
Throughout your project, you will receive:
- Weekly progress updates (via dashboard and email)
- Milestone completion notifications
- Deliverable availability alerts
- Direct consultant access for queries
9. Access to Deliverables
Deliverables remain accessible through your BistroConnect dashboard for a minimum of 2 years from project completion. We recommend downloading and backing up all deliverables for your records.
