Grievance Redressal Mechanism

How to File a Grievance

Acknowledgment
You will receive an acknowledgment email within 48 hours with a unique complaint reference number.
Resolution
Our team will investigate and provide a resolution within 30 days. Complex cases may require additional time, and you will be kept informed of progress.
